Infinite Saga is a fully interactive, turn-based RPG Discord bot. The bot is provided for entertainment purposes only and operates entirely within Discord.

2. Eligibility

By using Infinite Saga, you confirm that you:

• Comply with Discord’s Terms of Service
• Are legally allowed to use Discord
• Are not banned from Discord services

3. Data & Privacy

Infinite Saga stores limited data necessary for gameplay, including:

• Discord User ID
• Game progress, items, and currency
• Vote rewards and rankings
• Language preferences

We do not collect emails, passwords, or private messages. All data is used solely to operate game features.

4. Purchases & Top-Ups

Infinite Saga may offer optional virtual items, VIP access, or boosts.

• All purchases are non-refundable
• Virtual items have no real-world value
• Features may change for balance reasons

5. Fair Play

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Exploiting bugs or unintended mechanics
• Using bots, macros, or third-party tools
• Multi-account abuse
• Manipulating PvP or ranking systems

Violations may result in resets, suspensions, or permanent bans.

6. Availability

Infinite Saga is provided “as-is”. We do not guarantee uptime, stability, or data preservation. Features may be modified, disabled, or removed at any time.

7. Termination

Access to the bot may be restricted or terminated if these Terms are violated or if required by Discord or legal authorities.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the bot indicates acceptance of the latest version.
